If you want to pay by check, money order,  or paypal, use the order form that is available to figure up the total and list the item number(s) and/or names of the items that you would like to purchase and then use the submit button to send your order.  For those of you who do not wish to put your credit card number on the internet, my daytime phone number, 7a.m. to 7p.m. PDT, is (310)323-9014 toll free number is (800)579-7531 or you can fax your information to (310)323-0021 twenty four hours a day.   My email address for paypal is chriscft@earthlink.net and my mailing address is Chris' Craft Supplies, 2509 W. 182 St. #4, Torrance Ca. 90504.  For our international customers if you wish to pay by money order they must be in U.S. funds.  

I do have most items in stock and will be building my inventory as you dictate by what you are ordering.  Please remember that I will do everything possible to get your order to you as fast as I can.   I will let you know  if an item is on backorder.  If I have sent you the wrong item, let me know and I will fix it.

Most distributors are good about getting an order out, there are a couple who take 2-3 weeks for the order to get to me.  If an item is on backorder I will let you know, and I will send it as soon as I receive it, and there is no added shipping charges to you.

I use United States Postal Service for shipping items. International customers, I ship small packet air, which takes approx. 4-7 days.

Books and charts are non-returnable, kits are returnable, within 10 days, as long as they have not been opened.
